Downtown Miami runs from the Miami River north to the Arts & Entertainment District, with Biscayne Boulevard separating the office core from the bayfront park system. Museum Park holds the Pérez Art Museum Miami and the Frost Museum of Science; Bayfront Park and the Kaseya Center sit immediately south.
The district is served by Metromover, Metrorail, and Brightline’s MiamiCentral station, which makes it the most transit-connected part of the county.
Residential supply mixes converted office buildings, early-2000s towers along Biscayne Boulevard, and a newer generation of branded residences on the bayfront.
